Stracor carries out all types of work for a varied selection of clients. We provide full service, multidisciplinary General Contracting for office and building alterations, capital improvements, emergency repairs, building and system upgrades. Projects completed include head office build-outs, data centre renovations and additions, law and medical office alterations, M&E system improvements and building envelope upgrades.

Stracor has excelled as a start to finish Construction Manager completing over $40 million in projects for clients in the last two years. Alterations, upgrades, improvements of all kinds are managed from concept through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand-over. Projects completed include asbestos and mold abatement, mechanical and electrical system replacements, office alterations and envelope replacement, Stracor continues to grow in our ability to successfully complete projects by adding experienced support staff, professional project managers and highly skilled site personnel. We have added to our extensive list of service offerings by successfully completing one of the first LEED-Commercial Interiors (CI) Platinum (Candidate) projects in Ontario – a 48,000 square feet head office build-out in downtown Toronto for the Ministry of Environment. We have added a LEED-CI Silver project in 2010 for the Ontario Realty Corporation. The offices of ORC and CBRE Facility Management Services for Queen’s Park and downtown Toronto.
